Rodizio is the name of a specialty, but it is also a way of serving and consuming. It consists of 11 different churrasco swords with beef, pork, pork, lamb, and chicken and is served in a row, with breaks. The trained “cortador” comes to the table with a sword on which are the highest quality pieces of meat just removed from the fire, which are thinly cut on a special base into which juicy juices are poured.
